Jemma is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Kingsley Napley LLP and has a wide range of experience in dealing with a variety of commercial disputes.

Jemma previously acted for professional insurers in the defence of professional negligence claims and as part of her role was seconded to a global insurance firm as a case handler for high-value and often international professional negligence claims.

Due to her professional negligence background, Jemma is at the forefront of the Professional Negligence Team at Kingsley Napley. Jemma regularly acts in complex and/or high value professional negligence claims and her specialism is dealing with claims against solicitors, barristers, accountants and surveyors.
