I am the Financial Advisory Director for the North West of England, delivering lead corporate advisory and business restructuring mandates for corporate clients. 

I have over 20 years’ experience delivering projects in the Financial Advisory, Restructuring and Transaction services arena. I am a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

I have spent the majority of my career supporting corporate boards through business restructurings; accelerated business/trade sale transactions; and managing stakeholder relationships during periods of stress or distress. I also have extensive financial due diligence experience and have led the project management of several large mandates.
