Kristina Saugstrup

Assistant Attorney, Kromann Reumert
Kristina Saugstrup is an Assistant Attorney at Kromann Reumert, where she works in the department for Competition Law and EU law. Kristina has worked on a wide range of matters pertaining to these areas of law, including multi-jurisdictional merger control, antitrust investigations, follow-on damages claims, advising dominant undertakings on possible cases of abuse as well as horizontal and vertical aspects.

Prior to joining Kromann Reumert, Kristina has had experience at various law firms, both in Brussels and Copenhagen. Furthermore, she has worked at the Permanent Representation of Denmark to the EU and in the European Commission, DG Competition, where she gained a direct insight into the work of the EU Commission and the EU's enforcement of the competition rules.
