Mark has more than 15 years' experience acting for many leading real estate clients including institutional funds, leading banks, private equity, specialised and individual investors together with corporate occupiers and major hotel brands. His practice focuses on the investment transactions, joint venture arrangements and development across hospitality full suite of sectors together with the real estate aspects of complex finance and corporate transactions. Mark acts for clients including Investec Bank, Ares Management, Aareal Bank, Panattoni UK, Nuveen, The Freehold Corporation, AXA Real Estate Investment Management, Evans Randall, Hilton Hotels, the Crown Estate Commissioners and Starwood Capital on transactions in a range of sectors.
