Sinead Cantillon

Sinéad is a professional support lawyer with the Arthur Cox Finance Group. In her role as professional support lawyer, Sinéad engages with clients and team members in advising on emerging legal and market developments. She focuses predominantly on client-facing knowledge and marketing, co-ordinating and delivering internal and external knowledge and learning events and developing and managing internal model documents. Sinéad also works closely with the Arthur Cox Legal Technology and Innovation Services team in implementing legal technology solutions across the Finance Group. Prior to her role as a professional support lawyer, Sinéad held a senior associate position within the Arthur Cox Finance Group during which time she gained vast experience in advising both Irish and international financial institutions (including Irish state bodies) and borrowers in relation to a large range of commercial finance transactions including acquisition finance, development finance, property finance, secured/unsecured lending transactions (with loans originating in Ireland, the US and UK), debt restructuring and refinancing, senior and mezzanine financing, lending to semi-State bodies, and loan portfolio sales and purchases.
