Genevieve Loveland

Genevieve is a commercial property specialist. She has extensive experience of non-contentious property transactions, including investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant (acting for landlords as well as retail and office occupiers), real estate finance and development work. Prior to joining the Lexis®PSL team, Genevieve trained at Allen & Overy LLP and worked at Nabarro LLP and Forsters LLP. She also undertook a secondment at The Crown Estate. She has acted for a wide variety of clients, from institutional investors to charities, across industry sectors such as office, retail, leisure and industrial.
