Olga Czyzycka
Olga is an advocate with over 9 years of experience in CMS Warsaw M&A department. Olga advises private equity funds and sector investors on M&A transactions, joint-venture projects, equity financing and other corporate issues. Last year, Olga’s work included advising on the largest chemical investment in Poland and CEE – the Polimery Police project – with an estimated budget of USD 1.8 billion. Over the last few years, Olga’s experience has also included advising Advent International on the acquisition of Zentiva’s Polish assets portfolio, and CEE Equity Partners in relation to an investment in EuroWagon sp. z o.o., the largest independent company leasing railway rolling stock in Poland. Olga specialises in handling transactions in the renewable energy sector and has advised on multiple sales and acquistions of photovoltaic farms and wind power farms.
In the last edition of the international ranking of law firms, The Legal 500, Olga was singled out twice as a “Rising Star” in the Corporate/M&A and Private Equity categories. She has been with CMS since 2017, and has previous experience working in international law firms.
