Sachin Mehta

Sachin is based out of AZB’s Delhi office and has around 14 years of wide-ranging experience in advising multinational and Indian clients, including international corporations, financial institutions and multi-lateral international organizations on all aspects of corporate and commercial laws. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and has successfully assisted domestic as well as international clients in such deals. He has advised on formation and restructuring of a number of strategic joint ventures (including on issues relating to tax exposures, litigation issues and residual liabilities). 

Sachin works as the point of contact for various clients of the firm, including Bharti Airtel, Sequoia Capital, Dabur Group, Omnicom Group, BAE Systems (UK), Johnsons Controls Inc., Intel Capital, Lite Bite Foods, ACCA (UK), Schand Group etc. 

Sachin’s M&A experience ranges across various sectors including telecommunications, insurance, defence, technology, information & broadcasting, retail, healthcare, infrastructure, education, travel and hospitality, F&B and real estate.
