Natalie Butchart

Natalie Butchart is a Knowledge Lawyer in the Banking & Finance division of Baker Mckenzie.

Her role includes providing advice to fee earners on a broad range of banking and finance related queries, assisting in the production of client facing alerts and current awareness materials, the maintenance of precedents and other internal knowledge related materials and the production and delivery of internal training.

Prior to becoming a knowledge lawyer, Natalie was a senior associate in the banking practice of Clifford Chance, Amsterdam and prior to that an associate in the project finance practice of Clifford Chance, London. She also has in-house experience gained from secondments to two banking institutions (one situation in London and one in the Netherlands) and from performing the role of in-house counsel for two years at a third. In addition, she has also obtained previous knowledge lawyer experience from working in the LexisPSL banking team and as Senior Knowledge Lawyer in the finance team of Addleshaw Goddard.
