Sophie Caseley

Sophie Caseley qualified as a barrister in 2016. She practices predominantly in housing and community care law, with a background in immigration and asylum law. She specialises in homelessness and in defending possession proceedings. In community care, she advises in cases involving asylum seeker with care needs, asylum support, homeless families, care leavers and age leavers. She volunteers as a duty advocate for the Asylum Support Appeals Project. She has written for the Free Movement legal blog and is a contributor to the Housing Law Handbook (2nd Edition).
