Arun Srivastava

Arun is a partner in Paul Hastings’ Financial Services Group. As well as experience in private practice, Arun spent a year on secondment at the Financial Services Authority.

Arun’s practice involves advising clients on UK and cross-border regulatory issues. He regularly represents clients in contentious regulatory matters involving the FCA and other regulatory and supervisory authorities. Arun’s particular sectoral focus is on private funds and FinTech businesses, though Arun and his team cover a wide spectrum of regulatory matters from banking to payment services regulations. In the funds sector, Arun works with private equity, CLO, credit and private wealth management firms. Arun is ranked for financial services in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Legal Directories.
