Ruth Byrne

Ruth Byrne is a senior associate and solicitor advocate based in the London office of King & Spalding. She is a member of the firm's International Arbitration Group. She is also Co-Chair of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG). Ruth has represented clients from a wide range of different industry sectors in dispute resolution. She has been involved as counsel in numerous arbitrations under the rules of the leading international arbitral institutions, as well as ad hoc arbitrations. She has extensive experience advising on and appearing in proceedings in support of arbitration in the English Commercial Court. She also regularly acts in commercial disputes before the English High Court and advises on questions of public and private international law.
