  • advising on trusts and their ongoing structuring and administration;
  • in the context of the areas covered above, advising individuals, personal representatives (executors or administrators) and trustees upon UK Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT) (and where possible, identifying tax planning opportunities).

Joseph most recently presented a Kingsley Napley webinar covering the impact of COVID upon the administration of probate matters and presented at an externally organised conference upon domicile in a probate context. Joseph regularly publishes blogs on the KN website and occasionally in industry publications to provide thought leadership on private client matters. He was recognised as a legal influencer and category winner for "Private client - Cross-border" in the Lexology Content Marketing Awards in Q4 2018.
