Denisa Odendaal is part of the London-based financial regulatory practice group which focuses on advising global investment banks, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, corporate finance houses and broker dealers on a diverse range of complex regulatory matters, such as:
- implementation of developments in regulatory policy and rule-making;
- advising on the FCA’s Conduct of Business requirements;
- carrying out reviews of the culture in financial institutions;
- providing regulatory assistance on corporate transactions (change in control applications, regulatory due diligence);
- advising on a broad range of regulatory investigations; or
- advising on cross-jurisdictional regulatory questions, including Brexit related issues.
