Christian Lundgren specialises in Danish and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, company law, and regulatory matters, i.a. FDI regulation and international trade.
He has advised on several landmark and trend-setting transactions in Denmark. He also frequently advises Danish businesses on acquisitions and other transactions abroad. These are often “once-in-a-lifetime transactions”, and the involvement of experienced advisers is crucial. Christian's clients include several Nasdaq C25 companies, leading Nordic and international private equity funds, and other market-leading businesses.
