Dafydd Roberts

Dafydd joined Gamlins Law in 2008 before being made a partner and then Director of the firm in 2012. Dafydd is a higher Court advocate and conducts advocacy in the Crown Court.
 
Heading up the company’s Criminal, Road Traffic and Regulatory Departments, Dafydd has many years’ experience in dealing with cases in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court and is accredited by the Law Society to deal with criminal litigation.
 
Dafydd is regularly instructed to deal with a wide range of cases to include low level shop lifting or offences against the person to multi handed fraud and large-scale conspiracy offences. Dafydd also regularly represents clients, both individuals and companies, in alleged regulatory breaches and road traffic offences.
 
Dafydd also prosecutes cases in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court for Natural Resources Wales (equivalent to the Environment Agency) and has done so for 10 years.
 
Dafydd is a regular contributor to BBC radio on legal matters.
 
In addition to his role with Gamlins Law, Dafydd is a Director of HR Anchor Limited which provides HR services to companies.
