Attorney at law, Dr Antoni Bolecki
Dr Antoni Bolecki is responsible for the firm’s Competition and Consumer Protection practice.
He specialises in competition and consumer protection law, unfair competition law, regulatory matters, and judicial and administrative proceedings, including before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (SOKiK).
He has participated in some of the largest transactions in Poland and leading judicial and antitrust proceedings. He applies his strong academic background when representing his clients on a daily basis.
He is an attorney-at-law and holds a doctorate in economics (management) from the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw (2012). He completed his judicial training in Warsaw (2006), earned degrees from the Faculty of History (2004) and the Faculty of Law and Administration (2002) at the University of Warsaw, and completed the School of German Law at the University of Warsaw (2001).
In 2016, he was one of the winners of the competition held by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for the best doctoral thesis in competition law. The thesis was also awarded distinction by the doctoral committee of the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw.
As a specialist in the field of competition law, he has been recognised in the Legal 500 rankings and Who’s Who in Competition Law. He is the author of several dozen publications on competition and consumer law.
He worked with Wardyński & Partners in 2008–2013 and currently has been affiliated with the firm since 2019.
