Felicia Cheng
Felicia Cheng is a member of the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Squire Patton Boggs. She handles commercial disputes with particular experience in trade, contractual and shareholders' disputes. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. She is a member of the HK45 News Committee (part of the team issuing a regular newsletter for the HKIAC).

Acted for fund management company (focused in Asia) in HKIAC arbitration over a shareholders' dispute involving over US$20 million in dispute.
Acting in arbitration between a Chinese oil-rig builder and a European party over the construction of three semi-submersible drilling platforms.
Acted in shareholders' dispute involving company operating social networking website in PRC in arbitration under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
Acting for a Chinese company in arbitrations against a US company over a long term processing agreement in the solar energy industry. Amount in dispute: Over US$400 million.
Acted for PRC developer and manufacturer of telecommunications equipment in various HKIAC arbitrations in trade disputes with local operators in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
Acting for PRC automobile company to challenge preliminary ruling on jurisdiction in ICC arbitration.
