Ananya joined L&L Partners in the position of associate, in the year 2019, and has been associated with the firm ever since. Ananya specializes in Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice, and focusses on traditional broadcasting, telecommunication and IT sectors as well as emerging areas like IOT, OTT Platforms, AI, Digital Maps, E-Governance, E-commerce, health tech, entertainment, etc. As a part of the TMT team at L&L Partners, she has advised various telecom players, OTT players, E-commerce entities & online gaming platforms, on key issues pertaining to the legalities involved in their business. 

Moreover, she has previously advised various companies in their initial public offerings, rights issues, offer for sale etc., as a part of the L&L Partners’ capital markets team.
