Emily Lodge
Emily Lodge is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contractual, fraud, joint venture and shareholder disputes. She has represented large international corporates, high net worth individuals, and sovereign states in High Court and cross-border disputes arising across a range of sectors, and has a particular interest in monitoring and writing about developments in civil procedure.
Emily graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages, focusing on French, Spanish, and Portuguese. She completed her legal studies at BPP Law School in London, and completed her training contract and some years as a junior associate practising in the Commercial Litigation team at a prominent US Firm.
Emily also spent a term working as a Judicial Assistant in the English High Court (Chancery Division and Commercial Court), and obtained her Higher Rights of Audience (Civil Proceedings), before moving to Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan UK LLP in 2022.
