Hayley Kinsey

Legal Assistant (Qualifying Solicitor), DLA Piper
Hayley joined DLA Piper’s Finance, Projects and Restructuring Group in 2022 after four years working in-house reporting to board level. Hayley’s work focuses exclusively on sustainability and renewable energy, with a particular focus on corporate power purchase agreements and voluntary carbon markets.

Hayley is certified as Carbon Literate and will qualify as a solicitor via the new SQE route. Her role is the first of its kind at DLA Piper and she will lead the way on specialised qualification from a broader commercial background.
