Abigail Palmer-Page
Abigail is a managing associate at Stevens & Bolton LLP where she advises on all probate and estate administration matters.
Abigail trained in the City and spent the early part of her legal career working in corporate tax before moving into general private client work. She then focused on probate and succession matters at another City law firm before joining Stevens & Bolton LLP in 2017, as an estate administration specialist. Abigail became a senior associate in 2019 and a managing associate in 2022.
Abigail is experienced in the whole range of estate administration matters and frequently advises on complex estates which may require consideration of aspects such as inheritance tax reliefs, sensitive family dynamics, complex trust arrangements, post-death variations and international elements. She also has experience of acting for court appointed personal representatives on estate administration work against a contentious background.
