Amy has experience advising on derivatives and structured products (including OTC and listed derivatives, fixed income, credit and equity-based derivatives, prime brokerage, and repo and stock lending transactions), as well as regulatory matters (including MiFID II, EMIR, UK EMIR, UMR and Dodd-Frank).

Amy has an interest in sustainable finance and has recently advised clients on transactions involving carbon as an underlying asset class. Amy has knowledge of ESG considerations and the implications of the EU Sustainable Finance Package (including the SFDR, the Low Carbon Benchmarks Regulation, the EU Taxonomy Regulation and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)) on market participants.

Amy has experience of working in the legal departments of Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and HSBC advising on legal documents and negotiating the terms of derivatives and structured finance products.
