Baishali Clayton

Baishali has been a specialist clinical negligence lawyer for over 17 years. Her career started in the legal department of an NHS hospital Trust undertaking employers’ and public liability claims, inquests and defendant clinical negligence work. She switched to claimant practice at Bridge McFarland before moving to Nelsons Law where she qualified in 2013 as a clinical negligence and inquest solicitor, representing families all over the country in a wide variety of cases but with a particular interest in maternity, stillbirth and neonatal loss. She left Nelsons as a Senior Associate to join the LexisNexis PSL team in 2022. In her spare time Baishali loves travelling around the world with her family. She is also a Trustee of a baby and child loss bereavement support charity and a trained breastfeeding and perinatal peer support worker.
