Nicholas James Tye

Nick is an experienced financial services regulatory lawyer. Prior to Joining LexisNexis® in August 2022. Nick worked in private practice at a number of firms including Allen & Overy, Carey Olsen (in Guernsey) and Fieldfisher. Most recently Nick worked in the financial services regulatory legal team at PwC in London. 

In private practice, Nick worked on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters, ranging from advising on regulations including MiFID II and AIFMD, FCA perimeter queries and helping clients with respect to the implications of Brexit. At PwC Nick was involved with numerous thought leadership roles including drafting PwC’s network response to the AIFMD Consultation and assisting with PwC‘s response to HMT’s review of the UK Funds regime.
