Victoria is an expert in UK Telecoms Consumer and Network Regulation and Competition law, with a wealth of experience in handling telecoms mandates, having worked in-house as a senior legal advisor at Three Mobile for almost 12 years. She also has almost a decade of private practice experience in Brussels, where she advised various sectors internationally on competition and regulatory matters at two leading law firm global antitrust, competition and trade practices.
Victoria has acted for several of the world’s leading communications providers and is experienced at dealing with a very broad range of customer-facing and technology-related communications regulatory issues and advising senior stakeholders. During her time in-house, Victoria gained a wealth of experience in providing commercially astute regulatory advice to enable her client to map complex regulatory challenges (such as new product launches and regulatory changes) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. She also has extensive experience of advising on a wide range of competition law matters and has worked on various consolidation, compliance, network share arrangements, commercial agreements, investigations, disputes, and litigation matters.
 
In 2017, Victoria was recognised by W@Competition in Brussels as being in their top '30 in their 30s' Notable In-House Competition Counsels in Europe. Victoria is also a former intern of the Legal Affairs Division of the World Trade Organisation, Geneva.
