It discusses the various forms of ADR (arbitration; mediation; expert determination; early neutral evaluation and adjudication) and provides some practical tips on how to take advantage of the different systems. It also sets out the most important institutions and bodies providing ADR for life sciences disputes, including the International Chamber of Commerce, International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center, which is a more specialist body that specifically promotes arbitration and mediation in the life sciences sector.
