Product description
Containing the definitive text of carefully selected UK intellectual property decisions and judgments, along with expert headnotes written by Fiona Clark, Editor, the RPCs are an essential resource for solicitors, barristers, judiciary, patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys. They can be cited with confidence in the courts and in publications.
Each headnote ensures the important aspects of each case are drawn out, analysed and presented with clarity, including key words, summaries of facts and judicial findings, lists of cases and legislation considered, names of instructed counsel and solicitors, etc.
The RPCs include relevant technical drawings and illustrations, so that the reader can make sense of the scientific/technical/visual subject-matter under discussion.
