From family‐run origins almost half a century ago, Jardine Motors has grown steadily to become one of the UK’s top 10 automotive groups.
Trading under the respected Lancaster banner it represents 23 mainly luxury and premium marques, including Aston Martin, Ferrari and Mercedes. Turnover is £2 billion and there are more than 3,500 employees, at over 70 locations nationwide.
UK tax affairs are handled by a small team led by Robert De La Rue, Group Head of Tax, who arrived in 2015 and was tasked with improving his department’s methods of information gathering and research.
