“I had to justify the extra cost of expanding our package,” she adds. “I was able to show that TolleyGuidance allows us to get answers much more quickly, enabling more work to be done. This allows us to keep fees down, especially on tricky tasks, which will help with client retention.”
Moore initially took the Personal Tax, Owner‐Managed Business, and IHT Trusts and Estates modules. Since then Corporate Tax and Employment Tax have also been bolted on. One of the strengths of TolleyGuidance is that firms only pay for what they really need.
“As the product continued to prove itself, I could see how the extra modules would be beneficial. I could find information from other sources, such as HMRC manuals, but I want the extra reinforcement, ‘readability’ and new insights that TolleyGuidance provides.”
