Adoption is rising, but implementation is lagging. As AI reshapes the tax profession, firms that move fast will gain an undeniable competitive advantage, while those that hesitate risk losing both clients and talent. Our survey of 350+ UK tax practitioners found:
- Almost half rated their organisation as slow or very slow at adopting technology
- Almost two-thirds (60%) said more AI training would encourage greater use
- 42% aren’t using any significant metrics to measure AI performance.
