With nearly two decades of experience in cross-border dispute resolution, international commercial law, and intellectual property law, Gustavo serves as an arbitrator, domain name panellist, and legal expert. Fluent in multiple languages and qualified to practice in common law and civil law jurisdictions (Brazil, Portugal, and England and Wales), Gustavo navigates complex legal landscapes with ease. His 'exceptionally interesting' and 'thought-provoking' writings have garnered acclaim, and he actively mentors young lawyers, sharing his insights and passion for the law. Additionally, Gustavo serves as an arbitration specialist lawyer at Lexis®+ Arbitration UK, a leading online legal knowledge provider, where he develops innovative knowledge products and solutions.

Haleema is a paralegal in the LexisPSL Hub, who works primarily with the Public Sector and Dispute Resolution teams, with a focus on Local Government, assisting with the maintenance and writing of core content and legal updates. She graduated from King’s College London in 2019 and followed her Linguistics degree with the GDL at BPP. Haleema also has experience in criminal defence. 

Dylan is the Content Lead at LexisNexis UK. Prior to writing about law, he covered topics including business, technology, retail, talent management and advertising.    

Nina Hall is a specialist in arbitration with experience of client representation and case management before ICC, LMAA, GAFTA, ICSID, AAA, Stockholm tribunals and a number of regional centres.  Nina trained at Herbert Smith Freehills in the early 1990s and in addition to obtaining higher rights as a solicitor she went on to advocate as an international practitioner and case manager, advising sovereign entities and multinationals, cross-border.  She is also an expert in mass claims (arbitration special panels) and has a keen interest in the development of treaty law and direct recourse rights.  Nina completed her LLB at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London University and has significant comparative law(s) experience and knowledge of legal systems, globally.  Nina has also worked with UNCTAD and other UN bodies on harmonisation of law projects.  Nina contributes to the LexisNexis Dispute Resolution Blog on arbitration matters.
