Caroline Sabiiti is a Junior Legal Counsel working within ClearBank®’s in-house Legal team. Caroline started her legal career as an Legal Intern at Samsung Electronics’ European Headquarters moving into predominately Corporate M&A work at Stevens & Bolton and then Brabners. Whilst working, Caroline completed her LPC and was encouraged to pursue the CILEx route to qualification. Following her move in-house in 2018, Caroline qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and cross qualified as a Solicitor. Caroline is an advocate of DocuSign within her organisation and is always seeking out new ways to improve the contracting process for the business. Having taken the ‘alternative’ route to qualification, Caroline is keen on promoting the awareness of alternative routes to qualification and the development of junior lawyers.
