I specialise in planning, compulsory purchase and public law, including local government and environment law. I am a former Chairman of the Planning and Environment Bar Association and sit as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Administrative Court (as well as being a Recorder of the Crown Court, authorised to sit at the Old Bailey). As a Deputy High Court Judge I regularly deal with planning cases.
