Eoghan is a senior associate in Clifford Chance's Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. Eoghan’s practice focuses predominantly on international commercial arbitration, ESG Risk and business & human rights issues.
Eoghan is currently seconded to the firm's Paris office from London. Eoghan holds an LLB from Trinity College, Dublin (First Class Honours) and is dual qualified as a solicitor in England and Ireland.
Eoghan acts in arbitration disputes under ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID rules across a variety of jurisdictions and industries, with a focus on the renewable energy, mining & minerals, and the oil & gas sectors.
Eoghan’s experience in ESG Risk includes climate change litigation, advice concerning the EU's climate laws, and human rights and environmental due diligence laws and proposals.
