Kenneth is a consultant in Norton Rose Fulbright's banking department and has over 20 years' experience advising on banking and security law in London and Paris. He joined the firm in 1986, founded the Paris office in 1990 and became a partner in 1993. He has been a consultant since 2006.

During his career, Kenneth has focused primarily on aircraft and other asset finance. His clients included many leading banks in this sector including Calyon, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, HSH Nordbank, HBOS, Royal Bank of Scotland and many others.

Since becoming a consultant at Norton Rose Fulbright, Kenneth's activities have focused on training the practice's banking clients and advising them on strategic issues (such as the implementation of the Basel Accords and the ratification of the Cape Town Convention).

In parallel to his consultancy, Kenneth has developed a successful career training banks and other companies on diverse issues such as aviation finance, asset finance, structured finance and loan and lease documentation. His training activities have taken him to numerous locations around the world, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia, Kenya, Russia, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Germany, Ireland, Hungary and the Netherlands.
