Mark Austin, Partner

Mark is a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP's London office. His areas of practice include public and private securities offerings of all types, as well as mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work across a number of sectors. He regularly advises a range of corporate and investment bank clients.

Mark is a regular speaker at external conferences, most recently at the Web Summit in Dublin in October 2013 and at tech IPO conferences in May and September 2014, and a member of the Primary Markets Group of the London Stock Exchange.

Mark was recognised in the Lawyer's Hot 100 2015: Corporate.
