Mark Latimour

Mark Latimour is a partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s London pensions practice. Mark heads the Pensions Investment and Insurance Team. Mark advises on all aspects of pensions law. He has considerable experience in advising both pension scheme trustees and product issuers in relation to pension fund investment including in relation to all forms of investment products and structures. Mark also advises on de-risking and bulk annuity transactions. He has also advised pension scheme trustees in relation to rules rewrites, implementing legislative change, corporate transactions, scheme funding and scheme mergers and reorganisations.
