Marta Gajos

Marta is an associate at the financial services department at the Luxembourg Office of Eversheds Sutherland. Her work focuses on investment management and advising on structuring and launching of regulated as well as unregulated Luxembourg investment vehicles.

She assists fund promotors, managers and service providers on all fund-related matters providing ongoing support and regulatory advice. She is also involved in research on ESG and sustainability related topics as well as developments in the field of cryptocurrencies and blockchain with a focus on their impact on asset management industry.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Marta worked at Luxembourg-based law firm and a large investment fund manager. Marta holds two Masters’ degrees from Maastricht University- in European Union Law and European Trade and Company Law.
