It considers the timing for raising a jurisdictional objection, appeals to decisions on jurisdiction and the Indian courts’ approach. The Practice Note also provides guidance on granting anti-arbitration injunctions and anti-suit injunctions restraining litigation commenced in breach of arbitration agreements.
