The notice:

  1. 57.2.1

        must comply with the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (‘the 2016 Rules’) rule 15.81, ie it must be authenticated and dated by the convener2, and must contain3:

    1. (a)

          identification details for the proceedings,

    2. (b)

          details of the decision to be made or of any resolution on which a decision is sought,

    3. (c)

          a description of the decision procedure which the convener
