Agricultural Production and Marketing (Volume 1A (2023)) | Commentary
The Secretary of State1 may by regulations make provision for or in connection with the making of delinked payments in relation to England, in place of direct payments under the basic payment scheme2 in relation to England3.
For this purpose:
