396. Payment of awards of benefit.
Awards of a lump sum1, medical expenses2 and a bereavement grant3 under the post-2005 scheme are to be paid as soon as is reasonably practicable after the award has been made4.
Awards of guaranteed income payment5 become payable as follows:
