The decision of the Summary Appeal Court1 must be announced by the judge advocate2. The decision of the court on any punishment awarded must be recorded in writing, dated and signed by the judge advocate3. The judge advocate must pronounce punishment and make the statement of reasons and give the explanation required by statute4.
