Broadcasting (Volume 4A (2020)) | Commentary
Ofcom1 may require:

(1) a person who is using or has established, installed, or used, a wireless telegraphy station2 or wireless telegraphy apparatus3; and

(2) any other person who appears to Ofcom to have information required by Ofcom for the purposes of its radio spectrum functions4,
