276. Disqualification for acting as charity trustee.
Charities (Volume 8 (2019), paras 1–657) | Commentary
A person is disqualified for being a charity trustee1 or trustee for a charity2 in one of the following cases:

(1) Case A: he has been convicted of:
-
(a) an offence specified in the Charities Act 2011 s 178A;
-
(b) an offence, not specified in s 178A, that involves dishonesty or deception3.

(2) Case B: he has been made bankrupt or sequestration of his estate has
