173. Requirement for notice and advertisement of the application for a declaration of presumed death or variation order.

The High Court must refuse to hear an application under the Presumption of Death Act 2013 for a declaration1 or a variation order2 unless3:

(1) the person who makes the application sends to the persons specified by rules of court
