204. Activities attracting special legislation.
Special laws may apply to clubs by reason of their objects1. Thus a member of an approved rifle club, miniature rifle club or muzzle-loading pistol club2 may, without holding a firearm certificate3, have in his possession a rifle and ammunition when engaged
