540. Inquiry reports and interim reports.

The chairperson1 of the inquiry under the Inquiries Act 20052 must deliver a report to the minister3 setting out:

(1) the facts determined by the inquiry panel4; and

(2) the recommendations of the panel (where the terms of reference5 required it to make recommendations)6.
