"It's hard to quantify, right now. But at a guess, I'd say it's probably more than 50% faster, at times. It's literally that quick. We've found to be an essential practical tool. We're very satisfied."

Promoter definition

What does Promoter mean?

A promoter is an individual, firm or company acting as a principal involved in the formation of a company.

The term promoter is not defined as yet by statute but the meaning of the term has been dealt with in many cases. Promoters stand in a fiduciary relationship with the company. Whether a person is deemed a promoter is a question of fact. Promoters are said to be individuals who set in motion the machinery by which the Companies Act 2006 enables them to create an incorporated company. It is common for two or more companies to agree to promote jointly a company which will be controlled by them. See Butterworth's Corporate Law Service, [11.64]–[11.70]
